Building the PegaStol Wings
Bottom Skin
Before you skin the bottom you will need to gather you parts. You will need the fuel tank braces, rear tank channel, service door doublers and bottom skin. Pre-drill all the pilot holes out to 3/32". Apply corrosion protection where applicable as shown below.

Install and rivet four service door doublers on the inside of the skin. There are six fuel tank braces per tank, three long ones and three short ones. The long ones go on the bottom and the short ones attach to the underside of the top fuel tank lid later. It was easier for me to drill and cleco the bottom braces to the skin, then remove them, put the skin on the ribs, then slide the braces back under the skin and the ribs and re-cleco them. They have to go under the lips of the ribs on each side of the fuel tanks. That might be somewhat confusing, because some of the Dedaluis site pictures show the braces riveted to the ribs, but if you do that, you will have a bump under the skin. The end of the skin with the pre-drilled holes goes to the tip end of the wing. Here are pictures that might explain it better.

This picture shows the bottom tank braces clecoed in place and the doublers installed. The silver clecos are attached to a 1" X 2" wood strip, which makes moving the sheet around a lot easier.
A couple of things you need to know here. Don't revit the tip end, the wing tip parts will attach there later. You will need to cut out small notches for both strut attachments.
